The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®) is an interstate compact for psychologists designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries.
PSYPACT is an interstate agreement that allows licensed psychologists to practice telesychology in face-to-face sessions across state boundaries legally and ethically, without requiring the psychologist to hold an additional license in each individual state.
